We all know that Joe Biden is a doddering clown who barely knows what day it is or where he's at let alone fit to be President.
Day after day Joe Biden relives fake stories of giving medal at the front lines in Afghanistan or forgetting that Obama was President before Trump.
He's barely able to string three or four coherent sentences together yet he's the best hope the Democrats have of defeating President Trump. Poor old Joe.
The cartoon below could be the funniest and most accurate Joe Biden joke we've ever seen because it perfectly sums the man up:

Joe Biden should realize he's no match for the President and withdraw from the race with the tiny bit of dignity he may have left.

On a near daily basis the press reports that they believe it is time for the 2th Amendment to be used against President Donald Trump.

The 25th Amendment, which would be initiated by the cabinet, is a way to remove a president who is unfit, physically or mentally.
But that same press is silent when former Vice President Joe Biden again and again shows signs that his mental fitness is in question.
The most recent example, of many, happened on Saturday when the former vice president was campaigning in Keene, New Hampshire.
"What's not to like about Vermont in terms of the beauty of it?" Biden said to the crowd gathered in, again, New Hampshire.
"And what a neat town. I mean this is sort of a scenic, beautiful town … everybody has been really friendly. I like Keene a lot," he said.
It is the most recent in a long line of Biden gaffes that have had many start to question if the man is suffering from dementia.
Former Vice President Joe Biden has made another in a long line of mistakes and now his brain doctor is speaking out about it.
"Just like in my generation, when I got out of school, when Bobby Kennedy and Dr. King had been assassinated in the '70s, the late '70s when I got engaged," he said at an event on Tuesday.
For the record, as is taught in grade school. Both Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Robert Kenney were assassinated in the 1960s.

This gaffe came around a week after Biden claimed that he was vice president during the Parkland school shooting that happened in February, 2018.

The former vice president has had some medical issues with his brain that were extremely serious and nothing to laugh about.
He got out of the presidential race in February 1988 after suffering two brain aneurysms that could have killed him.
In his book "Promises to Keep" he described that he passed out in his hotel after he gave a speech at the University of Rochester.
He said he fell asleep and when he awoke around five hours later there was "'lightning flashing inside (his) head, a powerful electrical surge — and then a rip of pain like (he had) never felt before."
He had two surgeries at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Washington, D.C where his chances of survival were around 50 percent.
"And the chance of having permanent defects from the two surgeries was higher than that, he explained in his book.
"'Maybe I should have been frightened at this point, but I felt calm," he said. "In fact, I felt becalmed, like I was floating gently in the wide-open sea.
"It surprised me, but I had no real fear of dying. I'd long since accepted the fact that life's guarantees don't include a fair shake," Biden, who has said he is a Catholic and devoted to the Lord and his faith, said.
And now, his neurosurgeon, Dr. Neal Kassell, is talking and said he has seen no signs of brain damage in the 76-year-old.
"He is every bit as sharp as he was 31 years ago. I haven't seen any change," he said in in an interview with Politico.
"I can tell you with absolute certainty that he had no brain damage, either from the hemorrhage or from the operations that he had. There was no damage whatsoever," he said.
